Warranty
Our warranty does not imply any limitations in the warranty for goods by consumer law.

Sales Collateral
We have a lien on the products delivered price including interest and costs are paid in full.

Sitecom has lien on the sold goods as security for his claim on the purchase price plus interest and costs, cf. mortgage law 3-14 et seq Only companies and public agencies who are buying goods on credit, and it will be made before the credit invoice mailing.

Prices are constantly changing, and we are therefore subject to price change as a result of changes in prices from our suppliers. Our web shop will have a daily updated prices.

All delivery times given by us must be considered as indicative. The delivery means the time of arrival of goods at our warehouse. Elapsed time for picking, packing and eventual production will be added before delivery of the shipment to the carrier. When time is set in days, mean days and couriers time always comes in addition.
We reserve the right to vary and or change the given delivery time without notice.

Any price changes that occur after the order date that is not due to error (see below) is not retroactive.

Change in terms
Sitecom reserves the right to change the present conditions, including as a result of changes in legislation.

Force majeure
Is Sitecom AS prevented from delivering or making mandatory re-delivery or should such a delivery unduly burdensome due to labor dispute or any other circumstance where the parties have no control over it such as fire, war, mobilization or unforeseen military call-ups of similar scope, requisition, confiscation, currency restrictions, riots and disturbance, shortage of transport, general shortage of goods, reduction in the supply of power and lack of or delay in deliveries from sub suppliers or manufacturers as a result of such circumstances described in this paragraph, the Sitecom AS relieved of all other responsibilities than in complaints cases and attribute it to the lack of corresponding commodity price.

Disputes and election law
Disputes in respect of terms and associated regulations, and disputes concerning where the talked about and which of the following legal matters falling within the ordinary courts, with Oslo District Court as legal venue.
