Delivery and Delay
Delivery / shipment of goods is normally within 3days. We have a risk for the products until they are taken over by you, that is, when you have products in your possession. With possession means when you pick up the goods at your post office, or alternatively receive the goods in your home.

If delivery of the products is delayed, we will give you information as soon as we are aware of it, together with information whether and when delivery can occur, or if the product (s) are sold out.

Check your delivery! Important!
After you have received the products, you should, as soon as you have the opportunity to do so, check if delivery is in accordance with the order confirmation, if products have been damaged during transport, or products or have errors or omissions.
