Terms of Purchase

General conditions of sale.
These conditions of sale apply to all sales of goods and services to our customers.

Sales conditions together with your order, confirmed by an order confirmation is the total contract basis for the purchase.

Sales terms and other information are available in Norwegian, Swedish and English.

We ship goods world wide. 

Current is regulated by the consumer law, consumer law, marketing law, the Personal Data Act, E-Commerce Act and Credit Act. Follow the links to these laws if you want more information on your rights and obligations when buying.

Where these conditions of sale requirements for written orders, this is fulfilled by the use of e-mail.

Buyer:
The person listed as the buyer in order.

Order and contract process.
Your booking is binding once the order is recorded in our web shop system.
We are also bound by your order if this does not detract from what is offered by us in our online store.
You are still entitled to withdraw from the purchase in accordance with the law of cooling, see further Clause 11.

Once we receive your order, we will confirm the order and automatically send a confirmation to you. Please read carefully the order confirmation when you receive it, and check the order confirmation is in compliance with the order.

Discrepancies between your order and order confirmation is considered a new offer from us, you can accept or turn down. You are still entitled to claim your original booking if this is consistent with what we have offered. Exceptions may occur.

Information provided by the shop
We strive to give our customers the correct information about our products as possible. We do however reserve the right to write / typographical errors may occur, which may mean that we can not deliver according to information published in our web shop, marketing or otherwise.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel your booking or part thereof, if the product is sold out. A situation arises where we are sold out of goods ordered you will receive notice thereof, together with information about what we can offer instead. You will be able to accept our new deals with the changes we specify in relation to your order, or cancel the order.

Prices
All our prices include VAT, ex. Shipping. 

Deliveries to Svalbard, the Norwegian continental shelf, or other remote Norwegian land sold without the addition of VAT.

Payment.
The purchase price may be your own choice through COD, bank or credit card.

Using the card purchase price will be booked on the card when ordering.

Uncollected and non-paid packages will be charged a fee of $ 43 to cover our expenses.

In case of no payment, claim, after prior notice, be sent to debt collection.
